Not a bad tutorial.
Everything is explained pretty well, although the text was sort of small, and the backround was ugly. As for frame by frame bit, the ball was definately not a good example, you can create a much better and smoother looking drop if you tweened the ball, which is pretty much the opposite of what you said. You didn't mention the "ease" option, in the properties tab, when you were talking about tweening. If the ease is at "100 in" it will slowly start the tween then pick up the pace, if it's set to "-100 out", it will start like a normal tween then slow down near the end. Using the ease option, you can make your tweens look much more realistic. You should of instead used walking a frame by frame example.
