Hello,

I have recently decided that it might be a good idea to change my name. For one, Vegetarian Meat is annoying to say, but mostly it is because of this. Basically some disbanded band from 20 years ago has the same name, and their 20 year old album is polluting google searches for my music and work.  

I've been holding off from doing it because I feel like I've made somewhat of a name for myself with this pseudonym... I mean, I've been making music since 2006. But at the same time, I wonder if I'm really all that relevant yet to the rest of the Internet for the change to be of any significance in regards to people not being able to find my stuff under the new name. I'm about to obtain my BA in Communications Studies, and with that accomplishment under my belt, I'm going to be actively pursuing a career in video game sound. It really is the perfect time for me to change things up.

Anyways, I know people rarely comment on this shit, but I figured I'd just throw it out there for anybody who is reading this and who enjoys my music. What do you think? I already know what I want to change it to, but I'm not going to go public with that just yet. For now I just want your guys' opinion on whether changing my name is a bad thing or not.
