Yeah, I had released it for a very short period then took it down. I guess I did that because I was afraid of what I was saying.
One song in particular "the waves are coming in," I was not satisfied with the vocal recording because it was too shrill and tended to hurt my ears. I thought of coming back to it, but I'm not in the same emotional head now as I was when I did that song, so it would feel weird for me to do it again now. That said, I wouldn't say that I'm completely unopen to revisiting it.
For this release what I did is bring in the two singles 'deep sea figurine' and 'hesAlright' because they were already very pertinent to the overall expression, and together they serve as a good replacement for that song. So you won't really find that much new in this little tweak, but perhaps you might enjoy listening to it again :)
